          I have been involved in many aspects of both commercial and residential property cleaning, maintenance and management since High School.  Currently, I hold a Household Management Position with a family, since 1981.  My employer has owned and operated a company in Boston, but recently retired.  In the mid 1980’s, I started up my own property cleaning and maintenance business.  The Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, where I worked for since graduating college as self-employed, hired me as their Maintenance Manager.  I ended my own business and worked for them full-time.  The position grew as the Family Health Center grew and I eventually became the Director of Facilities, Safety and Security.  I left the Family Health Center because of dissatisfaction working with a non-profit that does not always have the financing to support my department’s needs.

     At the same time that I was leaving the Family Health Center, the household I worked for decided to give me more hours and assist them in property acquisitions, which would give me additional income.  I achieved my real estate brokers license and began assisting them in finding investment properties, along with cleaning and maintenance and management of their homes.  They did not invest in real estate as they said.   My payday was to come when they purchased, but that only happened twice in 9 years.  Since there hasn't been the growth with this family as planned, I have decided to seek another househole/estate that best fits my knowledge, experience and aspirations.
